I mentioned in recent post that I was taking part in EveryDay in May sketching. There is a list of an object for everyday and they are posted in the Flickr and Facebook groups.
Here are my sketches since that post. As you can see, I have used a variety of styles. Sometimes just in ink and other times watercolour pencil. It depends on the day and how much time I have.
It has been fun and interesting to see everyone’s interpretation of the object /word of the day. There are also so many different styles, techniques and marks on the page. There is no single way of drawing/painting.
It seems nice to end the page boiling my kettle with a teabag for a cup of tea.

Hey, you drew your hand as the thing with folds! I’m getting tired of my hand, but I’m going to keep going! Fun to see what you come up with every day! I’m not doing all the May prompts, but sometimes they are very helpful in giving me ideas.
